Tomas Milian plays a ruthless, emotionless, psychopath killer who decides he's going to kidnap a rich man's daughter to make the big money
All while a determined, badass investigator hunts him down. This is Almost Human.
This film stands out for two reasons: Tomas Milian in his best performance as the loose cannon and Henry Silva who's equally as good as the hard nosed investigator. Both are great character actors, and both are electric here. I'm used to Silva playing the villain, but this film shows he can do both.
Ennio Morricone has a nice little underrated score. It won't get talked about among his best work, but it stands out.
If you love your gangster films, like I do Almost Human is a can't miss.
