  Amanda Knox worked at the coffee shop a few doors down from the video store where I worked. She seemed young and cool, probably the type that likes to party, pretty normal. I liked that coffee shop, and all of the baristas were nice and friendly in a genuine way, but I never wanted to know anything more about Amanda beyond whether or not she could make a decent latte. Now, thanks to the horrifying lack of ethics of tabloid journalists, I could easily look up a list of everyone she'd ever slept with up to 2007.
