Assassination Classroom the Movie - 365 Days Time, Ansatsu Kyoushitsu: 365-nichi no Jikan,
Assassination Classroom The Movie: 365 Days' Time ist leider eine kleine Mogelpackung.
don’t you love it when they release a movie of a show so you have an excuse to rate the series instead of the poorly made compilation??
*Series Review*
I still don't know the names of some of the kids or remember exactly what they do or what their quirk is (could be I watched the dub and couldn't put Japanese names to faces as easily). Some teases are overstretched and Nagisa's VO one-liners are often overcooked ("The bell rings - Another day begins... that's our Assassination Classroom™" is NOT as profound as you think it is, y'all). Nevertheless, this is still super - funny, dramatic, tight, meaningful, and ultimately emotional. The last show I saw that was this close to perfect was Maisel Season 1, so good on whom it may concern.
This one takes place one year after a major event at a school. That event was covered in a three-season television show. I had not watched any of that show....but the movie appears to basically be a recap of what happened in the past. I imagine, it did not take much to draw the current story, as most of the story is told in flashback. As for the movie....it was strange but interesting. I imagine fans of the show will love this one, the rest of us will spend a lot of the movie confused.
Just marking that I finished a rewatch of the series. It's pretty much a perfect show in my eyes! So many lessons. Music is excellent. Characters are wonderful. Everything has layers and depth. Give this show a try if you haven't seen it already!
yeah I replayed it. would it be so crazy if I named one of my future kids after a character?
Assassination Classroom The Movie: 365 Days. Ok, this one cheated a little. It is not a new Assassination Classroom movie. It´s more like a 90-minute Flashback-episode of the series "Assassination Classroom". For fans it´s nice to see a recap of some of the highlights from the episodes of the series, but as a movie it just failed.....
the series were really good, final season made a pond in my eyes and gave me depression
The only upgrade that matters is 15 years old Karma to 21 years old Karma.
conclusion:
adult Akabane Karma >>>>> everything.
Honestly, he was THAT handsome since in jhs but Karma shows his forehead is really another level. Morever, looking at how Karma still likes to tease Nagisa is really cute🥺
by the way, It's really beyond out of my expectation how can a single octopus made me drown in my own tears.
I absolutely love the anime series, but this movie is definitely no substitute for it. It’s a fine recap of the series if you’ve seen it, but it’s missing a lot of the essence you can only get from watching the series in full.
As a movie this basically has no purpose, I guess if you watched the series a long time ago and want to remember some highlights in a 90min video it's fine, but rewatching everything is probably a better decision
As for the series itself, amazing, it's not super complicated,
*spoilers kind of?* I loved every episode and even knowing the whole point was for him to die, it still made me cry, loved it so much.

I LOVED the series but WHAT WAS THE POINT OF THIS movie?! They could’ve just added the like 5 minutes of new footage to the last episode of the series when all the other students are already on campus! There really was no point for this movie which made me sad because I was really looking forward to seeing what this was all about but I was sadly disappointed— it really was just a recap.
Totally useless clip show of a likely not bad series. The movie feels like the first 10 minutes of Lost Season 6. So as a stand alone movie, this film fails to be one at all. But might be a nice finale for the fans of the show, who can place the scenes to the right spot in the series.
Honestly, I was kinda hoping this wasn't a compilation, but it was and that's fine I guess.
To be blunt, the movie sucks. People watching this for the first time won't understand the attachment that any of the students have with koro-sensei, and the dialogue between grown up nagis and karma is pretty clunky.
I'm taking one star off for those reasons. I was kinda hoping for more, and the movie wasn't supercohesive.
However, this was like the first anime series I really watched, and being to able to watch some of the series' highlights after just finishing it was a way to bring me back.
I hate finishing any good TV series because I feel empty and sad afterwatds but this helped. So while the movie is kinda bad, I'll rate it this high because of the story it tries to capture. This series was awesome, wholesome, emotional and funny.
