This movie blew my mind and I’m so fucking disappointed that I haven’t seen it until now. I could’ve been enjoying and analyzing this film for years. Well, shoulda coulda woulda.
First thing I have to discuss is obviously the cinematography. I love how it was filmed. The first person camera work made you feel involved instead of just an audience member. This made the fantastical moments even better. With such realistic filming it’s uncertain whether these things are actually happening or if it’s all in his head.
That’s another thing I really liked about the film: that they never clarified if it was real or not. It does a good job of convincing you he’s crazy and only he…
insane how they did all of it in one take i could never stay in character for like 2 hours
what is this and why does this have the same release date and poster as Iñárritu's?!!?!
not rly sure i think it’s best picture worthy but that naomi watts/andrea riseborough scene was neat!
