Waldo is very fucking annoying and his jokes needed to be 800% funnier to convince me that anyone (even British people) would give a shit about him.
Plz remake this episode with Mr. Bean instead of Waldo.
Me in 2014: This episode is unrealistic and the worst episode of BM.
Me in 2020: Wow... we are currently living in the Waldo Moment. It's still the worst episode though.
probably deserves 5 stars for doing the impossible and making me sympathise with a tory politician but also fuck them for making me sympathise with a tory politician
Watching Black Mirror is like eating through a box of completely random chocolates. Some aren't even really chocolates. They're just dog poop pretending to look like Cadbury with Nuts.
In the end, Ian Jonas says:
The Waldo Moment is ... KINDA GARBAGE.
I get why Waldo is so annoying for satire purposes but it still needs to be a believably popular bit, and the end kind of putters out. Some good ideas here though.
what a down grade from white bear. i wanted to throw a shoe at my computer for free.
The episode relies on Waldo being relatable and funny. But he's not. So he's just annoying, which also made the episode annoying despite what its trying to say.
kinda weirded out by how people consider this their least favorite episode
like to me this one is amazing, they literally predicted donald trump and the rise of celebrities being part of politics in a meaningless way yet taking the masses
its a pretty genius commentary while being pretty silly, its def my top 5 fav episodes
