everyone finding ted bundy hot on twitter (?): oh we love a bad boy
me: yeah, not a fucking serial killer though, chris
ted bundy: *changes hair part to the other side*
the entire police department: I don't know her
Supremely unsettling. Every time they showed photographs of his victims my stomach churned and I felt like I was going to puke.
I read The Stranger Beside Me many years ago and usually I don’t watch docs like this... now I remember why—its meticulously crafted, paced well (second episode felt a little long but it picks back up) , packed with information (most of what you probably already know), and by the end I felt totally drained. I know a lot of people love this stuff and you do you, but true crime isn’t something I go out of my way to watch. Like Paradise Lost, I’ll never watch this again—I’ll never forget it either. Emotionally vacant narcissists are the fucking…
Ted Bundy was the literal devil. The crimes he committed are so henious and disturbing, that should go without saying. What a fucking monster. He was also so annoying and arrogant. He thought he was soooooooo damn smart and cool. All the bullshit he spewed on the tapes pissed me off so much. I hope Carole Boone feels like a stupid dumbass idiot today. Thank god he was found guilty, imagine how annoying that would be if he had gotten away with it. Continue burning in hell Ted Bundy :)
Bitch if you wanna see my blood boiling then make me rewatch that judge sentence Bundy to death whilst saying:
“Take care of yourself, young man. I say that to you sincerely; take care of yourself. It is an utter tragedy for this court to see such a total waste of humanity, I think, as I’ve experienced in this courtroom.
You’re a bright young man. You’d have made a good lawyer and I would have loved to have you practice in front of me, but you went another way, partner. I don’t feel any animosity toward you. I want you to know that.”
Are you fucking kidding me.
ted: h-
me *yelling at my laptop*: YOU FUCKING DESPICABLE LYING PIECE OF NARCISSISTIC POOP HOPE UR ROTTING IN HELL!
there are people (sadly, mostly women) out there worshipping, idolizing and claiming that this sick fuck is innocent or even making up excuses for him just because they perceive him as a “good-looking”, helpless man who was merely on the wrong track... ??? yeah as if he wouldn’t bash their heads in the second he is alone with them
(please don’t romanticize Ted Bundy. instead, remember the faces of the victims. remember their names. remember what he did to them. remember the families that were left behind.)
He liked to scare people.
Ted Bundy was a person that perhaps had a brain tumor that blocked his empathy. Joe Berlinger spends four episodes delving into what makes Bundy tick. People who knew him or escaped from him are given screentime. We are left to wonder if we should feel bad for the little boy whose father beat him or if we should have been glad he fried... because one thing is clear: he had a compulsion to kill like no other person, before or since.
Random facts:
-Bundy was a law student.
-He escaped several times.
-He had access to crime statistics.
-He killed people in multiple states.
-His youngest victim was 12 years old.
-Most of his…
can't tell what's worse.... people wanting to fuck bundy or fake woke people who say he's romanticized missing the point
documentaries like this make me feel so uncomfortable and disturbed but i’m also completely fascinated. even though i already knew most about bundy’s cases since i’ve been curious myself in the past, joe berlinger did a really good job of pulling old clips and audio recordings to show us how he really acted. how manipulative, narcissistic and terrifying he truly was.
i’d never heard him talk or seen him interact with people, so it was very interesting to see the man behind all of the crimes. this documentary series is extremely well done and i definitely recommend it if you’re into true crime and if you wanna know the back story before seeing extremely wicked, shockingly evil and vile.

*mini rant
okay let me just preface this by saying that i encourage people to learn more about psychology and i think it’s okay to have an interest in serial killers and human nature. it’s a lot of complex and interesting stuff you can learn from it. over the last couple of years it seems that this true crime culture has become more mainstream. i find true crime and psychopathology fascinating considering i’m currently studying it.
i think because it’s becoming more mainstream though people are starting to sympathize and connect with these awful people ... at the end of the day they’ve killed innocent people. it seems like these audiences prioritize sympathy for the killer before the actual victims. it’s…
La mejor serie documental de true crime, que reúne a la cantidad más importante de protagonistas del crimen cometido posible.
ted bundy: corta o cabelo e deixa o bigode crescer
polícia: oh mds quem é esse????
Okay there is pretty damning evidence that Ted Bundy was in fact the killer due to proximity of him and the crime scenes as well as witness reports. With the little girl, which seems sort of random compared to his pattern, there was the fibers and shoe prints which can be a bit iffy because fibers and shoe prints don't necessarily nail one man. But he did it and in the end they have the proof. My issue lies in using the bitemarks because there is only so much variance between teeth someone could have a similar mouth to his. It would be a very big coincidence with all the other evidence, but it doesn't matter it's still possible that…
Try to touch the past...
Try to deal with the past...
It's not real.
It's just a dream.

Bagus banget dokumenternya. Dijelasin secara detail dan gambaran timelinenya jelas dan mudah dipahami. Tapi, dokumenter nya lebih menceritakan sisi si Ted Bundy nya. Ted is an evil. People who loves Ted Bundy are sick.
