Apparently the director didn't have all that much confidence in the script, as he adds a gimmick or two into the film. The first is the split screen used to both unfold the story from both viewpoints and to add to the dialogue with scenes from the past, or visions of the kind. Secondly he added this repetition of spoken dialogue, wich did nothing for me personally.
CwOW starts off with a meet-cute at a wedding between the bride's sister and a bridesmate, but over the course of the evening (and following night) we get to know that it is more staged than it seems.
