not sure what it is about the style of hat aamir wears in this, rangeela, and andaz apna apna but when he has it on i am in love with him but otherwise could not care less about him?? anyway this was an adorable hangout movie, the humor/action was ok but the songs and romantic love-hate bantering are magical. as usual obsessed with mahesh bhatt's use of lighting and color and pooja bhatt's hair!!

ذكرني بفلم " حدث ذات ليلة" ان البنت تهرب بتتزوج و لكن تلقى واحد بطريقها يشبه للفلم  قليلاً لكن هذا افضل من ناحية الاغاني والمشاعر الهندية المعتادة ❤️

Sumpaaah, Film Gajelas

A remake of an Indian remake of It Happened One Night. This was a fairly straight telling although there were enough songs added that made the movie at least an hour longer than the original. Not a great movie but it did make me want to see Chori Chori, the original Hindi remake with Raj Kapoor. It was interesting that this 1990s version shared a lot of the social mores of the 1934 original about not wanting an unmarried couple to stay in your hotel, etc. That is a social similarity that didn't occur to me until seeing this.
