This made-for-TV movie was based on a true story about an athlete who was told by her trainer to eat less, which caused her battle with anorexia and bulimia.
It started slowly when she tried to compete at the Olympics, but when romance was involved, it started to get interesting. The pregnancy storyline while she was battling eating disorders was the most interesting part of the movie. The acting was solid, and the setting and atmosphere were pleasant.
I thought it was a very solid movie about addiction. It's available on HBO Max in my country.
not unrealistic and not annoying but it’s not rly a movie for ppl with eating disorders, more for people without them
