It really does, John Hurt, it really does. After months of me re-watching every single Doctor Who DVD I own, and having a 48-hour viewing fest on my own, I entered the local movie cinema to enjoy my favourite show as a 'sort of' movie on the big screen in 3D!
Sure enough, expectations were met an surpassed. Although the beginning had me doubting the overall quality of the little movie, all sins were forgotten when John Hurt showed up, and of course, my heart skipped a beat when the glorious David Tennant returned.
