Yes, this is the first film I've watched alone in almost five months.
Yes, I barely watch movies anymore.
Yes, that's because of my own laziness and inability to concentrate, not because of lack of passion.
I've talked about this before and I'll talk about it again, my favorite trope in horror films is used in The Blair Witch Project and it's simply the notion of lost time or moments of "we went in a circle?!?". Nothing is creepier to me, nothing makes me feel more uneasy. I posted on Reddit looking for more movies that experiment with this trope and someone recommended Grave Encounters and its sequel.
