Now here is some science fiction.
This took me SO many places. Although during the first five minutes I did say "Hey, want to watch a father and daughter die in space for two hours," it is not about that at all.
So many concepts are being thrown at you. You hardly have any time to grapple with the concept of the ethical implications of prisoners having space babies (not even taking into consideration why he was arrested in the first place), before you are transported into knowledge about the future sex pod, or the terrors of traveling through a black hole, or the incredible visualizations of space.
It's absolutely wonderful. Some of those space scenes are like 2001 good. CHECK IT.
