I’m trying to watch a nostalgic flick every Saturday, we’ll see how much I hate myself by the end of this.
This did not age how I wanted it to. Luckily, I didn’t catch any mysogeny. I did, however, doze off a time or two. The plot is clearly designed as a cash grab from the former HB. The animals are cute, but did they really think it was okay to let those poor innocent doggos fight in an alley, clearly coaxed? I didn’t stick around for credits to see if “no animals were harmed in the making of this production” existed, thought it would rip me in two from its absence.
The score was delightful, I caught myself humming along! It’s fun to think about how simple piano composition can make such an impact!
It’s doubtful I’ll return for this one again, nostalgia once again, obliterated.
