If you like slow burn art horror movies that focus on inner conflict, then this is the film for you.
However if you are looking to see the movie based on the poster, you're not going to enjoy this film. Anything that comes close to the poster happens in the last 2 min..
The film starts a lot of interesting characters, dynamics, and concepts, but then abandons them. There is so much great material to explore, but as soon as something engaging pops it's head up, it is quickly forgotten about.
It then switches focus to just the protagonist's inner conflicts...unfortunately the protagonist is one of the least interesting characters in the film.
The world that is introduced in the last 120 seconds of the film looks amazing, but does not fit anywhere in the narrative at all. Wish the film had more of this world and all of those interesting character dynamics throughout.
