alex lawther playing a pretentious oxford dropout who spends his days sitting in his ass eatin fruit in his chocolate brown cardigan that matches his chocolate brown indoor loafers while chain-smoking and reading books is an aesthetic i fully support. everyone who's seen this calls him a scene-stealer and honestly, we been knew
it is HIGH TIME we stop sleeping on matthew macfadyen. NOBODY has the range he does! NOBODY is doing it like him!
If Joseph Quinn reached around me like that to close a shutter, I too would fall pregnant.

What, this is Hayley Atwell and Matthew Macfadyen’s third miniseries together??? Isn’t that enough for people to realize that they are amazing and need to be in bigger things.

i thought this was a cute romantic period piece staring joseph quinn. i was wrong
Started watching for Joseph Quinn but got the surprise treat of Matthew Macfadyen
i just realized that between this, succession, and pride & prejudice, i’ve seen matthew macfadyen make 3 incredibly awkward marriage proposals
