The cool thing about this show is you can watch the episodes in any order and it's still bad.
This is the show you all were gassing up?
2.5 is a generous score here but I can respect the attempt at a "complex" change to a traditional TV show viewing experience. I cannot believe how monotonous and poor the acting was across the board. I also may be in the minority here, but this story would've benefited from a set watch order. Maybe it was the order I watched in, but I felt no attachment to any of the characters and their stories. I couldn't have given less of a fuck about anything going on or anyone on screen.
I'm really disappointed here. I wanted this viewing experience to impact me the way Bandersnatch did, but overall Kaleidoscope fell very flat with no reward or feeling of satisfaction.
save your time and look inside an actual kaleidoscope for like 10 seconds those things are pretty dope
Summanbitjh u really made me watch all that "you can choose your own order of episodes" bullshit for that ending? Such a waste.
Not just ending tho, I think this concept is just not for me. Give me the order alright I'm a lame person.
The gimmick is not only useless but it actively ruins the show.
'Kaleidoscope' is yet another misfire from Netflix but this time it goes out of its way to make itself annoying as hell to watch.

The "idea" was to create singular & completely satisfying episodes that have their own conclusions by the time you reach the credits. By doing this, you can watch the show out of order as it wouldn't detract from the almost "anthology-like" formatting.
...this is PR bullshit.
The show fundamentally does NOT work and the…
the idea was cool however ive never watched such an annoying group of characters in my entire life (except ava shes a queen)
