Tig Notaro is my favorite stand up at the moment. I have rarely laughed as hard at anything than I did at "Happy To Be Here." I highly reccomend that movie if you're looking for killer stand up.
I would highly recommend his movie too, but It's not really stand up. It's a little about stand up, but it's more about her as a person, about this weird thing she does. It's about reveling in awkward moments and failures because those are just a part of life.
I came away from this film excited to create, excited to be a person, "desperately loving being alive."
