seriously gonna need david fincher to make a full animated feature asap this was ASTOUNDING
I was thinking that this is a pretty mature episode even for love death & robots, then the credit poped up 'directed by : David Fincher' , that's that.
Life on the sea ain't too shabby,
Unless the sea monsters get stabby.
Wanting more food,
For all the brood,
Makes captain go a bit crabby.
Good. I hope they paid David Fincher 300 million dollars and a million alpacas for that.

Today: Love, Death & Robots: Bad Travelling
Hi everybody, short films can be more expressionistic, creative don't have to be afraid of becoming box office bombs and can also simply try out absurd ideas. There's simply no time to develop a deep character study or establish ten different personalities with flaws and traits. It's all about one idea, one vision. Tim Miller and David Fincher had this vision to eventually reimagine the reboot of the film Heavy Metal from 1981 they had wanted to do for years.
And so they did! we're already in season 3 and David Fincher finally celebrates his animation directing debut for LDR:Bad Traveling
. This…
David Fincher directed this. You should watch it based on that alone.
Won’t be for everyone’s taste as it’s a grim story with a dirty, disgusting atmosphere. I was with it every step of the way and I especially loved how it looked. That lighting was *chef’s kiss*. Once it ended, I was a bit surprised though because after all that happens I expected something even more twisted.
no because i was definitely gagged when i saw david fincher's name at the credits?????????????
The word “Masterpiece” is thrown around to so many things nowadays and only about 2% of what is being called a “masterpiece” is actually worthy of being called that.. but no bullshit. this was an actual masterpiece!
