This is another movie in the "Palo Alto" universe. Which probably should have never exceeded beyond "Palo Alto," which was far superior to this.
It feels like an exceptionally well-done student film, but a slightly below average professional film. "Memoria" is filled with some beautiful images, but is ultimately brought down by its lack of story, bad acting, and its run time. The movie is only a little over an hour. When the story finally gets going, it ends.
I'm a sucker for movies about annoying white teens doing bad things, but this one ultimately feels forgettable.
