As the adult child of a sometimes frustrating hippy (Mom, if you're reading this I love you but sometimes you do frustrating stuff - I know I've done my share, too!) I really related to the first chunk of the movie, right down to how frustrating it can be dealing with your siblings in regards to your parents. But as it became more of a movie, the situations more outlandish, it sort of lost me and I realized that my personal connection to the film was what I was enjoying rather than the film itself.
Kestrin Pantera who, in addition to having the coolest name, wrote, directed and played the lead role seems like a person to watch despite my overall feelings on this one. I think she's got some good stuff ahead of her.
Oh, also Melanie Hutsell is in this!
