Not bad. Also contains one of the most original kills I've seen in any kind of movie -- nails hammered into a door which is suspended and BAM. The state of madness which the titular character dissolves into is kind of questionable, though, 'cause it starts happening fairly quickly. Yes, he is made to be paranoid by some sketchy people (including a touchy-feely foreign doorman, WTF?) around him, but still. Less than 12 days spent cooped up in a gorgeous 3500 sq ft, rent-controlled apartment till you're completely looney? Hmm. I'd be singing HALLELUJAH myself, screw going outside. However, by the end it appears that he was unstable all along, so, you know, maybe.
