also jeez katrina was absolutely adorable pre 2012. it's hard to remember what an authentic eyes-reaching smile she used to have. so cute!!!
I think most people would hate this movie, but I actually had a pretty good time with it. But I’m just wondering wtf happened to Chota Don. One of the highlights of the movie for me and he kinda just disappeared halfway in.
David Dhawan takes charge of this comedy-drama in which a ‘Love Guru’ helps other males, impresses a widowed single mother, but becomes involved in causing stirs. In Hindi with English subtitles.
The story concerns Prem (Salman Khan) likes to believes he knows more about women than the normal man. Being raised with six sisters made him more delicate to the female psyche, and he's turned that experience into a positive job assisting other men land the women they adore.
One of his latest clients is Bhaskar (Govinda), who has fallen in love with his rich manager, Priya (Katrina Kaif). While supporting Bhaskar, Prem develops moods for Naina (Lara Dutta), a reporter who has uncertainties about his matchmaking abilities.

"Powered by the Salman Khan-Govinda duo in good form, this madcap comedy chugs along merrily for the most part."
The Love Guru can’t seem to help his friend woo the boss, and he can’t stop himself from falling in love, either. From start to finish, with songs and dance numbers and silly comic routines, this is pure Bollywood. But not great Bollywood. If you give it a miss, you haven’t missed much.
Recently, I had subscribed to Eros Now platform and watch several movies. Partner is one of the best comedy movies & despite of know the timing of the punchlines and plotline of story it's very enjoyable to watch this movie.
If you are blank what to watch then try this movie.

Me: 😂😂😂
I saw Partner before Hitch so I thought it was an incredibly funny new movie. It's not the first time Bollywood has stolen from Hollywood and it won't be the last. However, if you judge it on its own, its an absolutely hilarious story with impactful drama and some very funny original scenes
It is seriously bloated though and some scenes (*cough* *cough* that stupid jet ski sequence) should have been cut out. The child actor is super annoying and most of the scenes, especially the action scenes, are extremely cheesy. Even with all that, I still forgive it because Chotta Don may just be the greatest cinematic villain of all time.

Some jokes about queer representation haven’t aged well and it is obviously a bit disjointed. I could also do without the last ten minutes, not really necessary.
But this is a very entertaining film with Salman Khan in top form, two wonderful leading ladies, and catchy songs.
It is a very colorful film and the mix of action, comedy, and romance is nicely balanced. I especially enjoyed the chemistry between Prem and Rohan. Plenty of fun for a light movie night.
