Ralph, a bunny being interviewed for a documentary, goes through his daily routine as a “tester” in a lab.
Save ralph, Salve o Ralph
a nice new addition to the TWRMTMMCCU (Taika Waititi Rabbit Movies That Make Me Cry Cinematic Universe)
who wouldve thought all it would take to make me cry is taika waititi voicing a rabbit to promote the banning of cosmetic testing on animals
also ralph has a "worlds best dad" mug which implies that he was once a father and that his kids were also murdered by testing and oh my gosh here come the tears again
Let’s get straight to the point shall we, ban cosmetics being tested on animals! Save Ralph takes a comedic, heartbreaking look at the situation, it’s incredibly important, excellently crafted, and Taika Waititi gave a wonderfully hard to watch performance as Ralph. Yet the message of the film far transcends what you’re seeing on screen. Animals are no more expendable then we are, they deserve to be treated with the same level of common decency we would want to be. Save Ralph was directed by Spencer Susser, in collaboration with the Humane Society International, no animal should suffer at the hands of our cosmetics. Disgraceful, it’s time for change.
test: can a stop motion rabbit voiced by Taika Waititi make someone cry in 3 minutes?
yes.
test: successful.
The fact that Ralph pretended like everything was going to be fine is what hurt the most. Wow, just wow. Pls don't hurt Ralph anymore >:O
Taika Waititi directed Jojo Rabbit and now he plays a rabbit. Very cute yet depressing in how it conveys its message. Good on the actors, especially Waititi, in lending their voices and names for this campaign.
Great stop motion short that’s properly horrifying, but I wish it included more emphasis on an alternative and solution.
Very effective, straight to the point, honest and comical short about products being tested on innocent animals. As funny as the short is, the subject matter is serious. Hope people will start buying products that are not being tested on animals. It's a must watch!
