A compelling narrative regarding the inner machinations of the great nation of the United States of America.
The characters bounce off of each other like clockwork. The dialogue remains informative yet entertaining so the audience learns while being engaged. Bill’s rap about being a law was creative. There was minimal action, but when the action did come, I was confused as to how this didn’t get an R-rating.
The villain (women’s rights) is definitely one of the weak points of this movie. In the comics, women’s rights is this powerful force of ultimate evil and injustice, but they were definitely nerfed in this.
Overall, an okay start to the Schoolhouse Cinematic Universe.
