Has no right of being better than the first, but it was somehow. What improved was the following: the overall theme was something more unique for an animated sequel, the story was more entertaining, the voice acting stayed consistent, and the film was somewhat unpredictable with its humor, plot, and style. But everything else.. oh boy. The reckless humor felt lazy—meme jokes are not funny—the sub-plot was the most pointless, dumb, and unnecessary sub-plot I have ever seen—was essentially a mini-movie poorly cut into the film—character designs were iffy, the soundtrack was generic, the character development was poorly written, and the animation was surprisingly disappointing. But hey, more pig ass and baby shark. 🐷
