ngl this was really boring for something thats meant to be about pushing the limits and having fun!!
This short documentary was compelling, creative and intriguing. I’ve always believed myself to be a creative person in all mediums- and so to see a documentary featuring many creators was super fascinating. Some messages may be a bit repetitive, but they all delivered a great one. There are some outstanding, ambitious and perfectly placed interviews. The pacing was spot on. I definitely learned a lot and would love to indulge myself further into research, as this was very surface level information. However, it initiated a creative spark... I should be heading off to bed, but instead, I’m coloring in a coloring book.
i wish someone used their creative brain while making this so it didn’t turn out to be boring
really great content, annoyed by the brain graphics and occasionally the host. i loved seeing all the different ways there are to be creative and seeing creative people's living/work spaces. as a person who works in a creative field, i often don't feel as though i am actually very creative and it's due to a lot of the reasons listed why our brains can hold us back. i definitely am afraid of failure and tend to take the path of least resistance. nice to feel like there are actually actionable ways for me to become more creative - just gotta make the time, get off my ass, and DO IT
i am also annoyed by the number of times i just said creative
Really solid, and it genuinely helps to get you up and moving. Loved the Game of Thrones and Grimes segments.
grimes and kelis sweeties you deserve better than this Discover Channel documentary that would air at like 11am on a Tuesday when nobody is watching
One of the most encouraging docs I’ve seen in a very long time. I loved the bit about the school in Vermont. I can’t wait to help kids grow and foster creative thinking in that way. I’m so excited for the future and what unique brains can bring us.
An incredibly interesting and oddly soothing doc, loved the Tim Robbins segment and the piece about the school in Vermont fostering creativity. A great way to kick off my 2021.
A little simplistic, and the filmmaker made himself a little too front and centre, but rumbled along. Saving grace was the fantastic choices for interviewees, although they only scratched the surface of each one.
Having a GOT showrunner as the "Don't be afraid of Failure" portion was unintentionally hilarious.
Finalmente: a grimes <3
Before I see it, the theme looks good and Nick Cave what ...? 😅🧐

After seeing this... It's kinda basic for creativity but the topic is very interesting, I just think it wasn't explored or shown in the best way. And the interviews could also be longer. But it's not so bad! It's motivational. And it's good to remember that if you fail, everything is fine.
Some interesting interviews and important messages, included in a picture that follows a boring and repetitive pattern.
No es taan malo, pero esta dirigido a alguien que jamas ha escuchado la palabra creatividad.
Maybe I’m not weird, I’m just *creative*
The host seemed a bit over the top at times, but I enjoyed a peek into different creative fields.
