"Dear Mister 'I'm Too Good
To Call Or Write My Fans'
This will be the last
package I ever send your ass
It's been six months and
still no word, I don't deserve it?
I know you got my last two letters,
I wrote the addresses on 'em perfect
So this is my cassette I'm sending you,
I hope you hear it
I'm in the car right now,
I'm doing 90 on the freeway
Hey Slim,
I drank a fifth of vodka
You dare me to drive?
You know the song by Phil Collins,
'In the Air of the Night'
About that guy who coulda saved
that other guy from drowning
But didn't, then Phil saw it all,
then at…
You fucking people thought Gotti was a meme?
Give this a few months to be the laughing stock of the internet. I seriously couldn't believe what I was watching as I was seeing it.
If it weren't for "The Haunting of Sharon Tate", this would be the worst film of the year, but it's simply too entertaining for me to put it lower than that offensive dumpster fire.
This is gonna be John Travolta's "Wicker Man". A masterpiece of garbage.
if you ever watched The King of Comedy and wondered what it would be like written/directed by the frontman for limp bizkit and starring late-career travolta doing a horrifying impression of someone with autism (running around LA with a rat tail and hawaiian shirt) i have some very good news for you. favourite detail in this (besides the 30 seconds of limp bizkit's 'the truth' a character diegetically forces us to listen to while going "oh my god, that is nice! that is nice!") is that moose is *obviously* a huge horror fan because he loves Night of the Living Dead, Friday the 13th, Maniac, all the greats you know, but the posters on his wall are just like Texas…
WOWSERS! I can’t believe Fred durst, of limp bizkit fame, made this cinematic masterpiece. Fred Durst’s directing was amazing. The script (co-written by Fred Durst) was incredible! And the casting done by Fred durst is also incredible! John Travolta fits “Moose” perfectly! In fact, this might just be the most respectful and nuanced depiction of autism put to film! Thanks Fred Durst and John Travolta!!
This is a great addition to the Gotti Cinematic Universe (GCU). I CANT WAIT to see what Limp Bizkit frontman and auteur director Fred Durst does next!
I saw The Fanatic at The Egyptian Theatre on Hollywood Blvd. which is very close to where all the locations in the film are set (even though it was filmed in Birmingham, Alabama).
It seemed to be a weak film. The main character, Moose (John Travolta), was an autistic guy who wasn't shown in the greatest light. He is a fan of a very big star: Hunter Dunbar (Devon Sawa), who is rude to his fans and has lots of issues. I think it's easy to portray a certain type of character without the certain amount of respect and then get it totally wrong.
Hollywood told Fred Durst that he was a musician and that he shouldn't direct...and they were…
Its just one of those days
Where you don't want to wake up
Everything is fucked
Everybody sucks
You don't really know why
But you want to justify
Rippin' someone's head off
No human contact
And if you interact
Your life is on contract
Your best bet is to stay away motherfucker
It's just one of those days
Easily the best movie directed by a 90’s Rock Star coming out this month.Travolta goes “Full Moose”. Then goes “Full Voorhees”
There’s a debate in the film which MANIAC is better.
A scene when the lead listens to Limp Bizkit non-ironically.
This movie is a gift of GIF’s.

We all thought Gotti would swoop in and take the world by storm last year but no one knew that this little puppy was on its way to accomplish even less. Even though my scores are the same for both, this is clearly the worst movie. What keeps this afloat (at a rousing 10%) is the fact that it’s significantly more entertaining. It’s still not on that “so bad it’s good” level (for me) but this performance is fascinating to watch. I couldn’t stand almost every frame of it but hey, at least it doesn’t try to be something it’s not (which is good). Fred Durst is an interesting human. He’s…
John Travolta so badly wants to go all Nicholas Cage and reach cult status for being terrible. But he can’t. Because we already have Nicholas Cage and the world really can’t handle two....
The writing and direction are absolutely atrocious here. It doesn’t even cross into funny territory for me. The whole thing is just a cringey experience.
It was okay... Sometimes it was hard to take Travolta serious, and then the ending left me saying literally out loud "that was it?
YouTube teaches you everything.
Except how to make a movie apparently. This one is terrible. A true step down, no, a fall down the stairs, from the immensely enjoyable Gotti. Not only is this offensive but it has to nerve to call out Jamie Lee Curtis?!?! You can gtfo The Fanatic.
I wanted more Jason Voorhees. It’s really bad but there were some funny moments. Big disappointment tho
