Synopsis
Once upon a time, in a far off made-up kingdom known as Italy, an itinerant swordsman named Fiore quests across the countryside in search royal employment, followed by his trusty apprentice Niccolo, a girl disguised as a boy.

Not necessarily a fan of this genre (outside of The Princess Bride) but this was wonderful. I might be a bit biased since this was made by some acquaintances of mine, but for a low budget short film, they nailed the style of this genre to an impeccable degree. Really funny and the swordplay is excellently choreographed.
Definitely recommend this as well as their other film, Sign Man.

It’s 40% sword fights by volume, so of course of I had a great time. A ton of obvious passion and talent on display here.
