Third Week of Mystery March Challenge Round 2
Gatsby is a rich guy who can have anything except what he really wants. He befriends his neighbour, Carraway, who is then caught in the middle of an unresolved love story.
First I have to say that I've never read the book, but the plot seemed very interesting to me, too bad it all felt to rush. The characters seemed very lifeless also, which I think is an acting problem. Mia Farrow, for example, is annoying as hell. It seemed that she was always overacting and that it wasn't supposed to dislike her since the beginning, but I couldn't help myself, since she was annoying, childish and over dramatic.
In the end, The Great Gatsby it's a fairly entertaining movie, but not that worth watching. I'm going to read the book now!
