i am the first person to watch and review this monstrosity the things i do for kieran culkin
- But Leprechauns are all vile and villainous, and vulgar!
- Well, Trooping Fairies are all sneering, snobbish and selfish!
Probably one of the films of my childhood that made the most impression on me, I'll never stop loving it, I'm too attached to it. A dear friend of my mother's had recorded it when it was on TV so I could watch it too, and I think this memory is as close to my heart as the film itself. Just thinking about Emma Townshend's "We can fly away" and I want to watch it again ♥
I must admit it's not perfect and doesn't deserve Oscars but it makes me dream and that's enough for me, and the scene…
I adore this, it's basically the story of Romeo and Juliet with faeries and leprechauns. What's not to like?
Okay, I just watched the first part of this (I can’t believe there are 2 parts of this) and honestly I was having the time of my life, horrible effects and all. This was so fun!! Kieran was adorable
happy st paddy's day!!
Very cool but also very weird! Who would've guessed?!
Felt really familiar, like I saw it as a kid. Maybe I did.
It's a TV thing so it's like 4 (hundred) hours long. Definitely doesn't need that kinda runtime imo.
HAPPY ST PADDY'S DAY!
avengers 3 stole the "i don't feel so good" scene from this fucked up leprechaun war movie
my sister to me, 15 minutes into this: is this... a class metaphor?
me, with my third eye suddenly open: WAIT
- Hello! And what are you staring at?
- The fairest beauty that ever stood before the eyes of a man since Helen danced her willing way on the wondering walls of Troy!
- It's only a gift of words that you shower me, but I have to say that they shine!
- Oh you shine, Princess Mine, you shine!
Probably my ultimate guilty pleasure movie. I'm far too attached to this film to dwell on its faults (of which there are many, I know), and enough to still see its magic through my grown-up eyes.
I'm taking 1 star off because of the humans, especially Kathleen Fitzpatrick.
I cannot and will not stop loving this movie. 💚
Part 2, and finished! This has got to be the most insane thing I’ve ever seen in my life
