Topping my shortlist of things I was made aware of in the last year that simultaneously fascinate and terrify me, I learned that a family friend has converted his home into a puzzle house and has successfully advertised it by haunting local bars, convincing strangers to spend the rest of the early A.M. solving it.
I've seen a lot of horror movies. Few have captivated my imagination as much as this.
Despite the wild premise, The Maze doesn't deliver on much in the way of horror, either. And not just because my expectations for the Puzzle House have me all worked up.
