I can't decide which one I prefer.
While The Greggs presented comedy in the way I've been wanting to see for awhile (that short feels like the best Kids in the Hall sketch that they never made), The Mud explores a pyschosexual playground that almost feels southern gothic. The way it seamlessly shifts camera mediums was inspiring because the logic wasn't completely there but it felt so right.
The whole thing feels like a couple of inbred kids playing house. Moments of found wit but for the most part, its pretty disturbed.
