    Part 2 is definitely stronger as a stand alone story but in the attempt it loses some of it's strengths. The amount of action drops off significantly which was definitely a strong point in the series so far. However we do get a deeper dive into who the antagonists are and their motives yet things are still a bit murky on that front. There is a definite bright side to all of it though--a story can be told. Let's just hope the later entries can meld the two into a full product.

    Second of the six OVAs, and a good example of why I check out of episodic series really fast. As soon as something starts feeling "__blank__ of the week" I usually check the hell out. This hitting that mark in only part 2 of 6 isn't a good sign. But for what it is, it's not terrible. Just very vanilla, outside of the designs and action sequences like the first.

    A pretty good story with two investigations going on, unfortunately we don't really get to know either side so the viewer is kept at a distance. I'm left wanting to know more about both groups and their past, hopefully this happens in the later films.
