One reviewer had sight issues watching this, for some reason I had lagging issues throughout (only thing on the festival I've had problems with)
Also a better A Quiet Place sequel than the one we actually got
Seen at Panic Fest 2022
Taking a second stab at this due to possible issue with streaming this. It was too dark to see any of the action.
Got a better chance to see this and the visual was good. I did forget to mentioned I like the usage of sound or lack of it. It amped the eerie feeling of helplessness.

CFF 2022 - FILM #12 // DANGEROUS VISIONS VOL 2 - HORROR & GENRE SHORTS SHOWCASE
Uniquely weird and unsettling. The absence of sound only heightens the tension and Tara Pacheco sells every moment with her incredibly convincing performance. Peggy's fear is palpable as she stumbles through the forest. The film is beautifully shot, with exceptional editing and sound design. Writer and director Charlie McWade has delivered something both frightening and exciting with Weee Wooo.
I love this film. It's scary on multiple levels. The looming threat of the supernatural, the nightmare of losing your senses, the desperation of being hunted... Eek!
This is a cool calling card for Charlie McWade. He uses the sound design to make wide open spaces feel suffocatingly claustrophobic. And with an ending that raises more questions than it answers, I can't help but think that McWade has big ideas in store. Can't wait to see what he does next.

Great sound design with one jump scare that's super effective. There's tons of unsettling atmosphere in this short.
