A fairly uneven film, yet highly entertaining.
The final dance act I could have done without, it reminded me a bit too much of Riverdance which I immensely dislike. But I had to give in a bit to the choreography which is great. There are also other well choreographed scenes, quite unexpected ones, which certainly adds 'Beat' and value to the film.
I must admit that I was wondering how the situation with the ronin turned yojimbo was to be solved. After all he was only trying to help his sick wife. I guess it was handled the best possible way. All in all this was a satisfying experience.
