How to start? Let me begin by praising the performances of the cast. From Jeremy Strong’s stoner-voice to the ice cold fury in Yahya Abdul Mateen III’s eyes. Maybe Alex Sharp could use a bit of work on his American accent. Sacha Baron-Cohen’s dramatic work is just as good as his comedic one.
I think if you’re my age and have followed the uproar of this summer you’ll feel an odd sense of sadness and déjà vu. Throughout the movie…
I did not expect to get this emotional!!!!
They talk all about language throughout the whole movie, about its intent and ways to say one thing that could mean something completely different but they never talk about the language of love......there was no need to. It’s all over the movie spoken without words. Sometimes love is doing something that you know will end up bringing you immense pain but not regretting doing it because it brought you happiness and love too.
