    Top Gun: Maverick

At this point I think I’d follow Tom Cruise into the black pits of Hel if he were leading an all-out assault but alas, I will just be content with witnessing his heroism on the big screen for the time being. After first getting the preview for Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning Part One in the theater, the anticipation level could not have possibly been any higher for Top Gun: Maverick…then Cruise popped up on the screen for the introduction to…

Katt Williams walked into this movie and basically stole every scene.
He consistently threw over 100 miles an hour so in honor of Money Mike I just want to list his most hilarious quotes

Do y'all got a bathroom up in here? I gotta piss like a Russian racehorse at the Kentucky Derby with a glue truck behind it.

We Need to Talk About Kevin

Lynne Ramsay's distressing feature, We Need to Talk About Kevin, is ever the more heightened when you turn on the news in 2022 (11 years since this films release) and see similar events still happening every few months or so (if even that). Tilda Swinton who plays a mother going through the motions after her son commits a dreadful act is completely dialed in, its actually astounding how good she is, but the most alarming part of this movie is the amount of red flags Kevin has been showing all his life with barely any acknowledgment from his parents. We need to talk about mental health.

When Robert Eggers first announced that his third directorial feature was going to be a Nordic epic titled The Northman, the foundation of anticipation was instantly laid for those Eggheads who watched AND fell in love with his first two features: The Witch and The Lighthouse. Here was a man who burst into Hollywood like a crazed Viking and took the arthouse scene by storm with his knack for historical accuracy and vision for original and unsettling creation. Now fast…

The influence these 5 kids had on my life when I first watched this film is insane to think about.

Re-watching it again for the hundredth time, does it still hold up? Absolutely.
