    Don't Worry Darling

    ★★

Don’t Worry Darling uses its stylish set and aesthetic shots to cover up a plot that is otherwise tedious, presenting a message that is just as shallow as it is outdated. The first two acts keep you largely in the dark, which isn’t always a bad thing, but Don’t Worry Darling failed to keep me engaged enough to be invested when the big reveal finally comes. The Disaster Artist

    ★★★

From the get go The Disaster Artist was always going to present a somewhat interesting story, but like all real life stories it would be difficult to avoid becoming flat and repetitive. Thankfully the on screen comedy combined with the uplifting narrative was enough to make for a viewing experience that is both informative and entertaining. I think the film succeeds on what it set out to do and showcases just how chaotic everything surrounding The Room was - Franco really kills it as Tommy and borders between a wacky free spirit and an unpredictable mad man.

Just two gals running away from their unsatisfying lives together wearing high rise mom jeans with their shirts tucked in...

I know this is for the most part very highly spoke of but I still can’t help but feel it’s very underrated, so so good.
