The film Rian Johnson was always meant to make. Killer performances from seriously everybody (pun intended), and enough twists and turns to where I half-expected Hitchcock to walk through a shot, if there’s any takeaway to be had from this delightful throwback, it’s that you should coax your entire family into seeing it with you this Thanksgiving weekend. Especially if they’re republicans.
