    I watch this every few years and it's great every time. Cushing and Lee deliver iconic performances and Hammer's aesthetic is stellar. It has a quick pace and messes with the format of the usual Dracula adaptations in some fun ways. One of the greats.

    An ancient evil Djinn is sealed away in an opal in 1127 Persia and is accidentally awoken in the the 90's by a woman who is not Linda Hamilton.

    I was in the mood for something stupid and goofy and this delivered! Andrew Divoff is great as the Djinn and I'd watch a movie that was just him wandering around granting monkey's paw wishes to people with no other overarching plot.
