    So I'm actually about 500 pages into the King novel. I really loved the original TV mini series and this movie was a lot of fun too. Pennywise was creepy, not as scary as I expected him to me but a decent villain none the less.

    Not as bad as I expected and probably would have liked it more if it was a movie that wasn't based on some fantastic literature and just a stand alone movie. It was great though to see some nods to Stephen kings other novels. Wonder if it will have that.

    I wonder if I'm the only person that would like to see king get his own cinematic universe... Probably

    A Movie Every Year Since I was Born

    It took a good 40 minutes to get into this one but what a film when I did.

    This is possibly Brad Pitts greatest performance, I was blown away by it from to start to end. When I thought it was going one way it went the other. Fantastic.

    Morgan Freeman was as reliable as ever so you knew what you were getting from him.

    A dark and powerful movie, can't wait to watch this one again.
