  rarely does a fight scene hold my attention for more than ten seconds let alone have me gasping, the silence was held w so much reverence u couldn’t help but swoon at every motion and little shimmer

  summer flings, sword swings, not a villain in sight just bitches with different prerogatives

  i don’t care who u are if u get cast in a movie with rachel sennott you WILL be overshadowed, you could give the monologue of a lifetime and i truly would not notice as long as rachel was in the background even slightly emoting

  ! fuck !

  did everything it could to make sure every side and every perspective was heard, respected, and validated which made it all the more heartbreaking. the way ruben and lou’s backstories were revealed worked so well, with the jolt of the beginning and the reflection of the rest making each new realization so much more effective.

  also, riz hot.

  this did for me what i was hoping honey boy was gonna do, now i really never have to revisit shia’s god complex shit again amen
