Now that I've had a night to reflect on it, I think I like this film even less...
It's somehow simultaneously too kind AND too harsh towards the community it depicts. Orthodox communities are fantastic if you buy in completely, and horrifying if you don't, and the film never quite manages to convey that duality and the dissonance it causes.
