John Cawthon’s review published on Letterboxd:
Well, Tarantino’s newest flick is definitely divisive but fucking hell, it wouldn’t be a Tarantino flick if it wasn’t. I’m at work rn hopped up on caffeine and the promise of getting off (from work) in half an hour so I’m just gonna hit on a few bullet points:
Margot Robbie did so much with so little here. The controversy surrounding her small amount of dialogue was pretty much ridic because gurl can werk the fuck out of a camera. She was utterly memorable in every frame she was in. 😍
Leo and Brad are hilarious in this and I had no idea to expect that. Tarantino always has comedic dialogue but they play so well off each other and make a great duo.
Tarantino has fully embraced his foot fetish and I had to laugh at all the shots of bare feet. 👀
I FUCKING DUG THE FINAL ACT. That is all.
