So I've put my 365 on hold for September... but of course I'm back to log one of my favourite film experiences of the year: La La Land in Concert with a Live Orchestra.
A wonderful film, with equally beautiful music, conducted by David Mahoney and played to near perfection by the Novello Orchestra, made this such an amazing treat and it'll be an experience that I'll never forget.
It also had one of the best and most lively audiences of the year! Everyone laughed, cheered, applauded, and you could hear a pin drop at the tensest moments, it was incredible. The amount of applause the orchestra got was immense, and the standing ovation as the credits rolled was so well deserved.
