This half-French Bond movie does feel quite Euro, more Tintin and Frau im mond than Star Wars, though Cubby's knee-jerk reaction to the latter is a fun sort of panic attack; from now on, Bond is not the only franchise and far from the hottest - still lucrative though, as Moonraker was a big hit and received some good reviews, this being entertainment for a time where you couldn't drift off to your phone in your couch (as for the movie itself, it has great moments but the whole of it is incredibly arbitrary).
