    The Nice Guys is a 70s set comedy crime caper, with Russell Crowe as a hired muscle and Ryan Gosling as a private detective, who find themselves having to team up to solve a murder mystery in Los Angeles.     Martyrs is a tough watch at times, and it is a movie that will stay with you for a while after the credits roll. Starts off a revenge movie then ends up being something completely different. It's violent, it's brutal, it's in your face for the most part. An amazing performance from the lead, and this is definitely a movie that requires a rewatch over time. Maybe just not too soon after. At the time of writing Martyrs is available to stream on StudioCanal Presents via Apple TV.

    Another solid Hammer Horror with Christopher Lee back as the Prince of Darkness. I would say that this is my favourite of his outings as Dracula, and it's the one I have seen the most times, along with Dracula A.D. 1972. The pacing at the start can be a bit slow, and the ending is over too soon. But it's still a great watch, and a classic Hammer Dracula movie. Sadly though, there is no Peter Cushing as Van Helsing…
