    Barry Lyndon

I have to say that after watching Barry Lyndon, I have to say that Stanley Kubrick is probably the most brilliant filmmaker I’ve seen. I love all the metaphors within his films. Barry Lyndon is another masterpiece. It just shows that you have to appreciate the little things in life that you may take for granted. Such a powerful movie, with so many ways to interpret it just like 2001. I hadn’t seen a really awesome film in a while, and this was a great return to them. The ending was very moving as well. Can’t recommend it enough.

    Little Women

I loved little women, but how could you not? It’s so easy to like. The acting was outstanding (of course), and the story is obviously timeless. The ending is so poetic and beautiful. There’s so many great movies from 2019 and this was another one of them, a true pleasure to watch. I Love it now and I’ll love it later. πŸŽ‰

    Palm Springs

Palm Springs is honestly great. Sometimes it feels good to just kick back and watch something that’s not super heavy content, and Palm Springs is perfect for that. I didn’t think it was the funniest thing in the world, but I had a few laughs. This is honestly the best movie I’ve seen so far this year, and I blame that on COVID, because a bunch of the movie release dates are delayed. Anyway, Hulu hit it out of the park with this one. It’s stupid fun.

    La La Land

La la land is one of my favorite movies of all time. It takes you on an emotional journey that I’ve never felt before. I don’t cry in movies often, but this film totally brought tears to my eyes. Not to mention, that soundtrack I could listen to allΒ the time. The acting is outstanding. This is definitely my favorite romance movie ever, (unless Days of Heaven is a romance). It really is a masterpiece.
