  For about the first 60 or 90 minutes of its running time The Batman is by far the best movie ever made about the cape crusader... and then suddenly: it isn't.

  A masterpiece. Femininity as seen through the female gaze. The kind of rare achievement where all the elements of a cinematic experience are in tune with the narrative.
