World in Cinema Challenge

I'm challenging myself to watch one film from each sovereign state in the world. I will use "sovereign state" as defined by Wikipedia, rather than the U.N. The goal is to widen, deepen and diversify my knowledge of world culture, geography and society as well as learn about different national cinemas.

Many people who do a challenge like this restrict themselves to watching a film a day for the challenge, but I won't. My only systematic rule is that I'll do the countries in alphabetical order, from Abkhazia to Zimbabwe. It might take me as many days as there are countries, it might take me 10 years.
